3. Custom Orders & Production

• Customers must review and approve samples, proofs, and specifications before production begins.
• Custom orders are non-refundable once manufacturing has commenced.
• Production timelines vary depending on seasonality and order volume (refer to our FAQs).

4. Shipping & Delivery

• Estimated shipping times:
• Sydney / Melbourne: 14-18 days + customs clearance
• Other locations in Australia: Additional delivery time may apply
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

5. Returns & Refunds

• Custom orders: No returns for change of mind (pre-approved samples are provided).
• Stock orders: Can be returned within 7 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original condition.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tin Concepts is not liable for:
