✔ 5,000 pcs for medium to large tins.
✔ 10,000 pcs for small tins.

For bulk orders, we offer custom pricing and flexible solutions to meet your needs.

You have three options when selecting the right custom tin size and shape:

✔ Use an Existing Mould – Browse our product pages and mould list to find a design that fits your needs. This option saves costs and reduces production time (20-30 days).

✔ Create a New Mould – If our existing designs don’t work, we can create a custom mould tailored to your requirements. This involves an additional cost, which can be waived for orders exceeding 100,000 pcs (simple moulds) or 200,000 pcs (complex moulds).

To ensure accurate pricing, please provide:

Order Volume – Required for pricing (see MOQ).
Printing & Varnishing – Options include CMYK + Pantone, with gloss, matte, or mixed finishes.
Embossing – We offer 2D and 3D embossing for a premium look.
Pricing Terms – Choose from Ex-factory, FOB China, CIF/DDU to your location, or DDP.
Delivery Timeframe – Production can take longer during peak seasons (see below).

Yes! Our tins are certified food-safe, meeting ISO9001, BRC, and Sedex standards. We can also provide independent laboratory test reports upon request.

Production timelines vary based on order size and seasonality:

Peak Production (May – December): Approx. 60 days
Off-Peak Production (January – April): Approx. 30 days

After approval of handmade samples, production begins immediately.

Sea Freight: 14-18 days to Sydney or Melbourne, plus 2-3 days for customs clearance.
Air Freight: Available upon request (additional charges apply).

Yes! We offer the following sample options:

✔ Online Stock Samples: Free (freight charges apply).
✔ Handmade Samples: Custom-made samples available (14-20 days for production).
✔ Proofs: Paper or flat tin sheet proofs (7-10 days) for artwork approval.

 All tins are shipped by sea, but air freight is available on request.
Pricing Terms: We offer FOB China, DDU, or DDP based on customer preference.

For custom tins, returns are not accepted once production begins. Customers receive samples
for approval before manufacturing.

To ensure accuracy and satisfaction, we provide samples for approval before manufacturing. Customers can also receive an SGS report detailing the product’s specifications and compliance before loading the container. Once the SGS report is reviewed and approved, the container is loaded, and the goods are considered final and approved.

We strongly recommend that you look over your shipment immediately after delivery to confirm that all items meet the agreed specifications. If you notice any discrepancies, defects, or issues, don’t hesitate to contact us right away so we can address them promptly.

While we take every precaution to ensure safe delivery, we understand that shipping incidents can occur. If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us immediately with clear photos and a description. Our team will quickly help you in resolving the matter, whether through a claim with the carrier or another solution.
