Application of these terms
These Terms & Conditions apply when you access our site or purchase products from us. They operate in addition to our Privacy Policy.

Ordering & acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy goods. We accept your order when we send an order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example, due to stock limits, pricing errors, or risk concerns). If we cancel after payment, we will refund you.

Pricing, currency & GST
Prices are displayed in AUD and GST handling is shown at checkout. Shipping and any surcharges are displayed before payment. You will see the total price (including shipping and applicable taxes) before you pay.

Payment
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store full card details. Orders are dispatched after successful payment.

Shipping & delivery
At checkout, we display available methods, costs, and estimated delivery timeframes. Risk in the goods passes on delivery to your nominated address. Title passes when we receive full payment.

Australian Consumer Law (ACL) guarantees
Your purchase comes with consumer guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund—depending on the nature of the problem.

Returns & change of mind
For change-of-mind returns (if offered), notify us within 7 days of delivery. Goods must be unused and in original packaging. Unless we state otherwise, you are responsible for return postage for change-of-mind returns. This section does not limit your ACL rights for defective or misdescribed goods.

Custom/printed products
For custom work, you confirm you have rights to any supplied artwork and you licence us to use it solely to fulfil your order. Minor variations in colours/finishes may occur.

Intellectual property
All site materials and product imagery/designs are our intellectual property or licensed to us. You may not reproduce site content without permission.

Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability in connection with a product is limited to the price paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the ACL.

Force majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. The courts of NSW have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
